Shipping & returns

Shipping

• We ship to the lower 48 states by USPS or UPS ground. Shipping is calculated from USPS and UPS ground rates, includes packing, and is shown before you pay. We email your carrier and tracking number when it ships.
• $5 off shipping on 4+ bottles; $10 off on 6+.
• We hand-pack orders within 2 business days and email tracking when they ship.
• Holiday orders: order by December 10 for Christmas delivery.

Breakage

We pack every order with care for glass, but glass happens. Email a photo to info@londonfamilybbq.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

Returns

Because it's food, we can't take back opened bottles. If something's wrong with your order, email us and we'll make it right.
